Welcome to Our Home From Home - A Luxury 3 Bed, 2 Bath Villa.

Our aim is to provide you with a totally relaxing holiday experience.  An open plan, thoughtful living space with creature comforts at the heart of its design and furnishing,  it has a generous sized private swimming  pool for cooling off after hectic days at theme parks or for soaking up the glorious Florida sunshine.

The private pool is south facing to ensure you can make the most of the Florida Sun. The pool is a essential part of a private villa holiday so to provide maximum comfort Sun-lounges, poolside dining furniture are provided .

This pleasant suburb boasts a large community swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, family BBQ area and  children's playground/area. A pleasant and picturesque 45 acre lake. All guests are welcome to enjoy these community facilities freely.

Two of central Florida's finest golf courses are only 1.5 miles away from the villa - the 5* course at Champions Gate and the Jack Nicklaus designed course at the Re-union Golf Resorts.  40 more courses are within a 30 min radius of this holiday destination.

Ideally situated at Chatham Park, Kissimmee - located close to all the area attractions including Walt Disney World which can be reached within 5 minutes by car.  Universal Studios, Sea World are within a 30 min driveCentrally situated close to all restaurants, dining and a 24 hr Wal-Mart is only 2 mins.All major shops, shopping malls are within a very close distance

The villa is also within easy reach of both coasts. One hour West takes you to Tampa, with Clearwater and Sarasota on the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico another 30 mins  further. One hour East to the Atlantic Coast puts you in easy reach of Coco Beach, Daytona and Vero Beaches.

The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped with all modern appliances - refrigerator, dishwasher, electric cooker and  essential microwave oven. A breakfast nook with dining area which seats 4 and a 3 & 2 seater sofa and lounge table which overlooks the swimming pool through the patio doors. And a full size dining table which accommodates 6 people.

Relax in the beautiful and spacious open plan living and dining  area, with its airy 9'4" ceilings over looking the heated swimming pool.
